Google business search

Business search uses Google Maps. Your use of this search is also subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service.

Agreement

These terms are between Maoz Chonowitz (DoneAsk) and the person or business creating an account. You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for the business. By creating an account you accept these terms and our Data Processing Agreement.

What DoneAsk does

Chino is DoneAsk’s follow-up assistant. You set up your business, choose who sends customer messages and choose a review destination. In manual mode, Chino prepares a message and you send it through WhatsApp. With an enabled connected service, Chino can receive job details through WhatsApp, contact eligible customers and record replies. Automatic messaging is currently available only to approved pilot accounts and contacts. It uses DoneAsk’s official WhatsApp Business number through Meta’s WhatsApp Business Platform. Businesses must confirm permission before customer contact.

DoneAsk does not publish reviews on a customer’s behalf, guarantee a rating or guarantee that any customer will leave a review. Sending, delivery, replies and review-link visits are separate events; only observed events are recorded.

Your responsibilities

• Use accurate business details and only supply customer information needed for a genuine follow-up.
• Get permission for WhatsApp follow-ups before sharing customer details. Keep evidence and honor STOP and other opt-out requests.
• Ask for honest reviews without filtering customers by sentiment, discouraging criticism, offering incentives or requesting fake reviews.
• Do not include sensitive health, identity, payment-card or children’s information in job notes or messages.
• Protect your account and follow applicable law and the rules of WhatsApp and the review destination.

Trial and subscription

Your trial starts when DoneAsk activates Chino for your business and ends after 7 days or 10 initial customer follow-ups, whichever happens first. Starter is US$10 per month for 30 initial customer follow-ups per billing period. Growth is US$20 per month for 100. Contact us if you need more than 100. Each subscription covers one business. Replies, owner notifications and review invitations do not use additional follow-ups. Existing conversations can finish after an allowance is reached; new follow-ups wait until the next period or a suitable plan is active. There are no automatic overages or top-ups.

Subscriptions are processed by PayPal and require your approval. You will see the amount and first billing date before approval. Plan changes follow PayPal's supported approval process. Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. You can cancel future renewals in Settings or through PayPal. Cancellation does not itself refund charges already made; mandatory refund and consumer rights still apply. Contact support@doneask.com about billing problems.

Availability and account closure

Generated messages and feedback categories may contain mistakes. Review information that needs your attention. The service may be interrupted, particularly during testing. We may suspend misuse, spam or activity that threatens security or violates these terms. You can delete your account in Settings; cancel an active subscription before deletion so future charges stop.
